I’m pedaling to empower women and girls around the world.

I am thrilled to share that I am helping to change lives through the Power of Bicycles! I'm raising funds and awareness for World Bicycle Relief, a global nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals overcome the barrier of distance in developing communities around the world.

Halfway to my Fitness Goal

Friday 24th May
I’m now halfway in my fitness activity to 600km but I need your help to reach my goal of $1000 in Donations. As a shameless enticement, I am offering the first 5 people to donate $75 or more via my page my heartfelt thanks and a limited edition print! “Vote Open 2047” is a 5” x 7” etching I created earlier this year. Week 1

Saturday 11th May
I have completed a total of 144 km towards my goal of 600km. The majority of those kms have been virtually on the Wahoo Kickr bike and Rouvy. In addition I have completed the 3rd week of a 4 week climbing plan on Rouvy and today I put that training  to the test on Prati di Tivo where the riders of the Giro d’Italia completed today’s stage. Needless to say, they have nothing to fear from me but I have seen an improvement in my climbing strength.
